Our technical staff will provide a solution as soon as possible. If the problem cannot be solved through this method, we will send the corresponding parts for free replacement. If this method still cannot solve the problem, we will issue a full refund (the buyer can keep the item). The refund method is for us to proactively process the refund through the e-commerce platform or PayPal within 3 working days.
