SHIPPING POLICY
Before you purchase, you'd better read the shipping policy below carefully. It would be useful if you would like to know how long it will take for delivery or select your preferred delivery time without delay.

1. How long does delivery take?
4-15 business days.
Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.
2. What countries do we ship to?
We ship to most countries & regions all around the world and we will try to expand to all countries & regions soon.
3. How will our delivery be shipped?
We ship via international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local postal services depending on the destination country.
4. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
5. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with the correct details.
Notes:
If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
If the wrong address is provided by the customer, the customer shall bear the loss.
6. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

Shipping & Delivery
The actual shipping times may vary due to variable customs clearance times, inclement weather, public holidays, or other force majeure factors.
Order Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time: * United States / Europe: 5-12 business days.
Rest of the World: 5-20 business days.
Tax: All prices listed on our website include tax. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
